I love seeing Sheila. I try to support in any way I can. She is such a hardworker and the food is amazing.

Wow! The jerk chicken meal (drool), the curry chicken roti & the double, were amazing. It was 8:30 pm and we tried ritz Caribbean but they were all out of jerk and couldn’t make a roti, so we googled and ended up at Jays. I’m so glad we did. It was the best jerk I’ve ever had. I’ll dream about the roti. And open till 9 pm!

The real deal! A few great veg options. I had the chickpea roti... wow! The coleslaw rocks too!

Convent location, easy to park near by. The truck is generally not busy and the food is great!

In this past week, I've eaten at the three highest rated Trini places in Brampton and Mississauga. Jay's is better, by a decent margin. First off, the individual flavours and spices really come through distinctly, as opposed one single overbearing taste. The meat is fresher tasting, and they take pains to hand wash all the chicken before cooking to give it a better taste. Jay's rice and coleslaw are no afterthoughts either, both are excellent as a standalone dishes. I had the curry chicken, but will definitely return for the roti and some doubles. This place is a treasure.
