I can't say enough good things about McDermott Motors. I desperately wanted an alternative to the BMW dealership and I am so glad that I found McDermott. Jason was responsive, informative and very helpful - and costs were very reasonable for the repair work I had done. I would recommend McDermott without hesitation.

I have a luxury vehicle and an old beater. What a relief to find this shop in the city. Detailed reports and photos, clear communication, great problem solving, not pushy but will give you things to watch for. Fantastic group here and I would highly recommend.

I've taken my BMW here the last couple of years for oil changes and electrical scans. The guys are always quick, knowledgeable and courteous. The reports are clear, and they never make me pay for stuff I don't need or try to upsell me. Always a positive experience!

Got my GLK250 services here and brakes previously. These guys are awesome! They don’t up sell and stand by their work. My brakes were squealing 6 months after I got them changed and they replaced the rotors again no questions asked. The service is also meaningful, they will guide you on what you need to do. Highly recommend! Excellent work and reasonable pricing.

McDermott Motors has been vigilantly servicing my 20 year old Lexus for some time now: their service is prompt, professional and reasonably priced with good advice. The inspection reports are detailed and instructive with lots of pictures. Two thumbs up.
