Cheap and convenient meals on the go, in an extremely vibrant city during the warmer months while most folks are out and about more.

I've been to this location several times during the past week. First few times I ordered milk shake to which the didn't have, another day I decided to get vanilla chai to which they didn't have; yesterday I ordered ice cream on a cone, I was told they will put it in a cup so I said again I would like to have it in a cone, another female with a very loud harsh voice came on the drive through speaker saying they will serve it in a cup, I advise her she should simply say they don't have ice cream in the cone, she replied I can't say that, the ice cream is too soft to put in a cone. So if the ice cream is too soft to go onto a cone and they can't serve it like that , why are they frustrating me the customer by trying to debate me. It is very annoying and time consuming to sit in my vehicle via the drive through waiting to buy something they don't have and instead of them being apologetic, I get somewhat of an attitude.

It was so fast and the person who took my payment was cheerful, polite, and friendly. Also, so good with cleaning during the pandemic it is reassuring. One of the employees sanitized the kiosk and door handles after I used them, and for the people after.
