Veronica was great. I appreciate her coming all the way out to Brampton to trim my birds nails and put him in the travel cage for me so I could take him for his Vet appointment. She was quick and my bird didn't get stressed much. I give her service five stars and will definitely use Monarch Vet Tech Services again and would highly recommend them.

We were first time clients. amazing staff from scheduling to the service. we are first time rabbit owners and Thumper loved and i mean LOVED Veronica. she was so passionate and clearly loves what she do and great bed side service and Thumper was so chill and relaxed. we could not ask for a better vet service we will be regular clients for sure, highly recommend!! if you want a loving heart team of passionate people then this is where you need to book with :) again love monarch vet services an recommend their service with all mt heart.

Have used the services of MVTS on multiple occasions and was thoroughly impressed with their professionalism.

I have two large breed dogs who can be a bit of a handful but the manner in which they operate calmed my dogs and allowed for a smooth service on both occasions.

Will definitely be using again and cant recommend enough.

Lifesavers! Was an absolute Godsend helping us out in our situation. We tried ourselves, pet sitters with injection experience, other vet techs, but V & Monarch were just stars. Punctual, super knowledgeable, and friendly. They know so many tricks, try different things, and were so sweet to my cat. Initially, kitty resisted injections and instead of holding more securely, V backed off and gave him space. Towards the end, I would just hold him in my arms, no fuss, no fight. So grateful for Monarch. Totally worth it. Highly recommend!

I am now single and because of a medical problem: I can't use my R hand properly. So, imagine ME clipping 2 little Burmese cats' claws? Well...I was given instant service, a variety of times and then V walked in....girl's claws clipped in minutes, very reasonable rates, V was a delight....and those cats were so happy! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED: just look at my Coco & Chanel after!
