Although this is not the largest of Pet
Values in the GTA, it certainly has the most knowledgeable and helpful staff I have every encountered. Although, again, not the largest, there has only been one time which I have gone in looking for something obscure which they didn’t have but they ordered it on the spot and I had it four days later.

The caliber of this staff and their knowledge, professionalism and obvious love of pets, should really be held as the benchmark for other pet supply companies to aspire to.

Super great team of employees working there i was looking for pig food which they didnt have and they looked up online for me and called different places too. She really went beyond my expectations and i thank you for that. I had a harnest too big i went exchanged it within 30 days and there was no problem. Clean place they know there stuff and love pets which makes it enjoyable going there. See you soon cheers :)
