We purchased a unit at 50 Wellesley St E, and the developer has been great to work with. As with any new build, there were small issues and things to be addressed; but Plaza (and our rep, Ronald) did a great job of following up to ensure everything was addressed and resolved. The finishes and overall build quality was great and the floor plan was much better than many of the other units we considered. We're very happy with our decision to purchase from Plaza.
