    This is one of the best total body workout there is. The workout is intense with a great custom playlist. The time spent there is way more than the the multiple online workouts I have been doing in the past while. Thank you!!

    Great gym space! I did the skills running class with Fiona. The classes are well-organized, and the gym equipment is brand new with high-tech treadmills. Highly recommend for both beginners and experienced runners alike!

    I really love the treadmill running classes with Fiona! The treadmills provide bio-feedback features which allow you see information on your gait and stride. The classes are a mix of intervals, hill running and strength circuits . Always a really fun, challenging, sweaty work out!
