When you go in, first thing you'll think is "WOW, that's a big line...". Largest line around compared to the other 4 Tim Hortons on campus

Pretty great experience when we came here. On this occasion, we were looking for some snacks so we ordered 20 timbits and 5 blueberry and apple danish. I wished that they had honey dip timbits but at least they had the strawberry filled one!

Great employees at this location too. Always very efficient and friendly. Overall great experience.

Update: Today I ordered a vegan sandwich. I waited for 20 mins until they started to tell me they ran out of the sandwich. Or I can switch to a cheaper price but the staff in the cooking section never offered me to get a refund for the extra charge. This event shows the lack of organization of the store manager because workers never informed what to do in this situation.

But the waiting line is long and I don't want to wait all that long for a refund. At the end I was offered the compensation for an extra sandwich but this experience itself is not good.

food could be random in quality but today it's pretty good. Update: the staff here are really nice as well, if they mess my order, they redid my food.

The lineups here are always really long every time I go, but they have a lot of cashiers to help it along. The sandwich pickup area on the right side is hard to see/hear who's order is ready
