(May 23, 2021, 4:26 pm)Disastrous! Booked an appointment for a plumbing emergency, followed up after the technician did not arrive and they said that nobody was available. Cost me days of waiting which was subsequently increased due having turned back other available plumbers. Appalling service. At the bare minimum, a curtesy call to inform me that nobody was going to show up would have been appropriate.
