(August 22, 2018, 11:21 am)Wheel Trans is an excellent service. I have only had one problem in 3 yrs. The drivers are excellent and very helpful. I am a bit surprised by all the negative comments on here. We need to be thankful that a service like this is available in Toronto. I find too many customers complain about waiting an extra 10 minutes for a scheduled ride. Be smart and book your rides earlier if you do not want to wait extra time. Its up to you to be organized and show some appreciation for what this service actually offers in Toronto.
