I heard about VRTU from a close friend of mine who trains with them daily. Seeing their physical and mental improvement got me interested in checking it out. I kid you not, this is the only place I’ve seen improvement within myself. Their classes are top tier when it comes to getting an amazing workout in. I never would’ve guessed I’d try learning a sport like muay thai, but because of them, I had fallen in love with it. Everyone around was super motivating and encouraging, that I found myself wanting to go more often. I’d sometimes go back and try to squeeze in a 2nd workout for the day.
Incredible classes, great instructors, & overall, a positive, welcoming, and caring vibe within the community. A 5 star rating doesn’t do it justice.
Also, Kru Benson is like a gym father? He holds you accountable for your own progress.

Amazing trainers, amazing receptionists, and amazing workouts! Great community and super fun. For all levels, get paired up to do pad work, and they break it down so it is easy to understand and learn. Definitely got into a habit of going at least once a week, been going about half a year now. My 1 pack has turned into forming a 6 pack. Looking forward to get that beach body for summer!

VRTU goes beyond the 5 stars I can rate it here. The instructors and staff are just about the friendliest and most welcoming people you could meet, which makes training here a blast every time. No matter what level you are, this is a great place to learn and hone your skills. Not to mention you'll make a few new friends while you're at it! They also offer a variety of other classes like yoga and fitness, in addition to a great mix of muay thai classes. Thanks VRTU for running a great gym!

I had walked by VRTU for over a year before going in for my first class. After my first week, I was absolutely hooked! Kru and his training and support staff team are all amazing. The vibe at this gym is so friendly and welcoming that everyone instantly feels like family. Beyond that there is a real diversity of classes offered from basic Muay Thai skills for beginners to fitness classes and yoga. As someone with no prior Muy Thai training, I am amazed at how quickly the staff have helped me develop my skills. This sport is such a rewarding outlet and these guys are the ultimate experts!

If I could, I would leave a 10 star review for these amazing people. My very first time trying out Muay Thai to experience something new, and the staff along with instructor Kru and Brittany just go above and beyond expectations so much that now I just want to learn more and grow with honestly probably the most amazing staff you'll meet. Intense classes but very effective and opportunity to learn. Definitely suggest a visit.
