They had to send the leather items out to be cleaned. They don't clean leather on site so it took longer to get them cleaned.
When I picked up my items, several items were on 1 hanger and it was all sealed in bags so I couldn't check my items thoroughly until I got home. My dress was missing, I had to go all the way back there and pick it up.
They also stapled a piece of paper onto the leather gloves because they had no tag. They stapled leather. *sigh*
The items were cleaned properly though and other than the leather gloves being punctured and the mix-up with my dress, it was fine.
