Assured Automotive

I was taken care of the minute I walked in to Assured Automotive which was referred by my Insurance company as a Preferred Body Shop. They advised I would be guaranteed warranty for life on the parts they repaired/replaced. Vishal offered exceptional customer service along with Joshua. My overall experience was extremely satisfying.

My insurance company recommended this body shop and I like the lifetime guarantee. I trust these guys and it's a reputable place. Only bad thing is I had to call a few times to ask when the repairs would be finished. Aside from that I was happy with their work

I've had my car fixed here twice now in the past two years and had two great experiences. I didn't write a review the first time, but after my second experience I knew I had to. The office is nice and clean for a garage and the workers are helpful. It's a very busy place but I really never felt rushed. I was assisted by rafena and another gentleman. I remember her from my first accident. She was so kind and gave me good advice about my claim.

Not sure about some of the other negative reviews here but the workers here are always helpful and go out of their way to make sure you leave happy. Hopefully I don't need a reason to go back but if I did I'd be happy to!
