(January 31, 2020, 12:10 am)New customer and I was impressed by the amazingly great staff on both the Optometrist side and business side who patiently helped me get used to wearing contacts and offered very useful advice. I visited Dr. Krystal who answered all my questions in detail and at length for extra information. I appreciate her patience and ease in engaging with patients.

Each of the staff have wonderful personalities which makes for a great experience.
The only complaint I would have is sometimes it is hard to reach them by phone, and I dropped by on a Thursday before 7pm (6:45pm), but they were already closed. I checked the hours on display and they were supposed to be open at that time. I even specifically made a trip to visit.
