Best Buy

The store was great and spacious than most of the Best Buy that i have visited.
Product display and arrengement was also nicely done.

Many products like vaccums, cookery products, and a large section of entertainment content is displayed.

It's alright. Got lots of selection, prices are mostly on par with online shops for big ticket items. My main beef with big box stores is the employees aren't super helpful. Either they just stand there or provide no useful information. Typically I'll find what I need online and go from there. Specifically, I wanted to buy a Bluetooth speaker on sale - I ask an employee if the one in the cabinet is the same as the one in the flyer (same model, slightly different name) instead of verifying, or providing any real assistance they said "they're basically all the same, and I don't think we have that one in stock". I asked another employee 2 minutes later and they could answer my questions and indeed, it was the one that was on sale. I left happy but why did I need to deal with 2 different people? It was a simple sale that required no real knowledge of the product, just the ability to confirm if that's the one that was listed on their website.

Friendly and helpful. All my questions were answered and I left with someone wishing me a good day... That was NICE ????

Service is very similar in all the Best Buys stores. If they have what you need to pick up great, but don't look to solve any problems. No time for that ..
