Not sure why people are complaining, if you go to the doctor there is a wait time, surely there will be at the Dentist too? With that said, I've never had to wait more than 20 minutes for my appointments (except Saturday afternoons are busy) and they are always kind and ask about my family and life.
They even called me after a tooth extraction to make sure everything is okay and I am doing fine. Great office, they take customer service and patient care to the next level! Would highly recommend to everyone

Excellent Service. Dentist is very personable. Called twice after Root Canel Procedure to see how my 13 year old was. Gentle, kind and patient. Never treated so well in the past by any Dentist. Staff is excellent too, everyone works so well together. Will recommend to everyone. Never waited more than 10-15 min in waiting room. Procedures were well communicated.
