My experience with Heritage Ford was great from beginning to end. Due to Covid I was unable to physically go into the dealership, but Lee Baker made the whole process go smoothly. Lee was very communicative and kept me updated throughout the whole process. He explained to me different options and did a great job of making my experience enjoyable. He was very knowledgable about the car, very friendly and always responded to me quite quickly. Lee was even nice enough to meet me at the via station and go through my new car with me! I’ve had the vehicle for about a month now, Lee has been great with any questions I’ve had. I’m very happy with my new car and with the service I received from Lee Baker and Heritage Ford. There are many choices of dealerships to choose from and since Heritage was referred by a friend up until the deal closed has been a great end to end experience.
