(July 12, 2018, 8:40 pm)I ordered 2 torsion springs and the winding bars. They shipped them to me free in 2 days. The winding bars have 2 different sizes at different ends to make them compatible with any type of spring.

Before I ordered, I called and the person (Ken) answered my questions. They are just a warehouse. I think that's how they can keep the prices low.
I was really pleased with the following:

(August 23, 2016, 4:24 pm)Wow!! What great service. I bought 2 Torsion springs to replace one of my busted ones. Price was reasonable. The person that answered the phone was knowledgeable and very helpful. He discussed my installation and recommended the correct Torsion springs (the original installation had two different size springs set to different windings). I had an issue while installing and gave them a call. They called me back after looking at the pics I sent with a couple of solutions which worked perfectly. I recommend them for parts and service.
