JYSK - Scarborough

I love the items at JYSK. It is like a mini IKEA. They have great household products and amazing bedding. Bought this mattress topper on sale. It turned my already good mattress into a heavenly sleep.

Great company, staff service was a hit or miss. Please train staff to be kind to ALL customers. Some staff went above and beyond to help while others glared and would rather be elsewhere.

Huge collection of furniture with affordable price. Amazing customer service, always checking with customers if they need help. I would definitely pay more visit for buying home appliances.

Found a memory foam mattress pad for my son who’s going away to university at the best price ever. Thank god it was on sale. My son said he is having the best sleeps ever.

The customer service I received was stellar. Had a concern with an instore pre paid order & was lucky to have a manager by the name of Akeila help me out. He worked deligently with his team to resolve my concern & offered alternate solutions if my concern could not be resolved. I appreciated that but wanted the product more.

Akeila literally went into action while I was there in the store. He asked that I be patient & would call me in 48 hrs, so I went home. The next day I received a call advising of a delivery for my product. His teamwork, customer satisfaction and dedication to JYSK is amazing to say the least! I also want to Thank all team members who also contributed to a fast solution.
