It was a pleasure to shop at the store. It was nicely laid out and it is very easy to find what I wanted. Jamil showed me the recliners and walked away allowing me to test them and make my decision without him hovering over me. The checkout process was quick.

We love La-Z-Boy. The service (Sat 23 Mar 2019) at the 530 Progress Ave location is excellent. We bought our dream leather recliner sofa. All staff were very friendly and spent the time to make sure we got the best deal and what we were looking for. We are totally pleased with our purchase and look forward to the sofa delivery. We are further pleased with the 'full service' delivery fee. We understand that the delivery includes putting the sofa into the correct position in our room (including felt pads on the sofa feet) and removal of the packing. Thank you La-Z-boy.

Our experience was great from the moment we walked into the store. Our sales associate Mariam was very friendly and patient with us, she was very knowledgeable and helpful with what we were looking for. She also gave us good decorating advise and explained everything to us in details about our purchase. Thank you for the Excellent Service and we will definitely shop there again. We have our eye on a coffee table for our next purchase.

We decided to drive to the La-Z-Boy in Scarborough after visiting the Whitby store the weekend prior and not feeling good about the salesman there. When we arrived, Sherry greeted us, and left us to test out chairs without hovering. When we were ready, she was available and was willing to negotiate and find the best possible deal on the chairs we had chosen. She explained our options and looked for ways to save us money, something the guy in Whitby refused to do. Sherry didn't try to oversell us and put all the paperwork together while we relaxed in a recliner. The best news was that the chairs will be delivered in less than a week, and we live outside Peterborough. I usually prefer to shop online, but Sherry made this trip to a store easy, painless and quick.

We are moving from a house to a condo and wanted a fresh start with some new furniture. Wendy and Jamil were amazing to help us through our decision making by presenting lots of options and advice. This is the first time I've ever used an interior designer and Wendy picked up on our needs and style immediately. Jamil helped us find just the right sofa and chair, showing us lots of styles.
