(May 24, 2019, 6:07 pm)Jeff, the proprietor of Laptop Specialist, was great. My Dell laptop needed a new power jack. Jeff did it for $75 and inside an hour--the Geek Squad from the Best Buy on Laird Drive wanted to charge me $600 for a new motherboard, and that wouldn't have solved the problem of a loose power jack. Jeff made sure the new power jack was secure and even gave me a warranty on the repair! I will take any and all laptops needing repairs to Jeff in the future!
