Went into this location and received such pleasant and helpful service.Both Udeni and Jibin took time to explain the various promotions they had available, the difference in storage sizing and a thorough break down of how the billing process will work. They even took the time to help me the lock (as I've never used this specif lock before). This location and clean, secure and offers the best service! Extremely happy here.

I called the Public Storage location at Estate Drive in Scarborough and a gentleman answered, named Roger, he was able to give me all the details I required over the phone so that when I got into the office it was seamless to rent the storage space. Public Storage gave me great customer service, the communication was very clear on their fees and there is no hidden fees. They're very helpful when I needed to depart my storage unit in the middle of the month they gave me a great rate and was very helpful.
Access to my unit was great and most importantly their storage units is very clean.
I didn't see any thing that I needed to complain about, so I appreciate everything they did for me for the time that I needed them. I would use them again and I like that they have so many locations all around the city.

This location have great staffs!
Service was excellent.They are knowledgeable in what they do and took their time explaining the procedures and showing me around the facility. The locker room is clean and is noticeably well maintained. Keep up the great work!
