Called R & S Roofing Scarborough and after identifying the problem they explain it while showing pictures and giving options for fixing it. After agreeing to a final cost (which was fair) the team went to work (in a cold downpour I might add!) and provided photo proof of a job well done. The manager was in contact throughout the process to make sure things were going smoothly, and I was informed on the status. The work looked good and of course the leak stopped. They provide a warranty of differing lengths depending on the nature of the job.
