She took her time to explain everything to me and my husband in details. We came here to upgrade our phones and look at phone plans that best suited us. CHY took her time an didn't pressure us or push for a sale. She is a very respectful person and definitely has that customer service attitude that makes you want to come back. She is the perfect example of what customer service should be an nowadays that's hard to find. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a true and honest opinion. Thanks to CHY we left with an amazing plan and the new pixel 3xls.
