We went to Scarboro Mazda to buy a pre-owned vehicle that was traded in. Our sales representative was Ryan. From the moment we called there and that we arrived he was very helpful. The car was ready for a test drive right away. We were able to make a deal the same day, and the whole staff was very helpful with all the details. Ryan was amazing at explaining to us about any issues we might have had. And Kevin was able to help us with the financing options. We were able to pick up the car 5 days later, it was detailed to perfection and all the changes were made on it that we requested. They really care about the customer experience and will go above and beyond. Thank you Ryan and the Scarboro Mazda team!

Had a great experience with the sales department they were easy to deal with. Getting a vehicle from them is nice and smooth. So far I’m enjoying driving my 2019 CX-9. I visited Scarboro Mazda for a test drive a couple of weeks ago, and Andrew Kourbanas was exceptionally helpful as always. I had leased my previous Mazda with him, and for this visit he helped me to choose the right vehicle for me as the lease term was ending. Andrew is great at taking the time to get to know you, your driving habits, and your needs so that he can guide you to the right decision. He really took his time and went above and beyond to support me. I felt confident that Andrew was presenting me with the best options available, and was comfortable signing the lease on my new Mazda. Thank you also to Kevin for his great communication, and Gian for his customer focused help when I came to pick up my vehicle! Also, Tim and Ron in the service area for being upbeat and positive every time I see them, even on the busiest of days. This whole team is wonderful - keep up the great work!

Just purchased my 2020 Mazda CX30 from Scarborough Mazda. I am very pleased with this High Tech Super Intelligent CUV. This is my 3rd Mazda purchase down the row in 20 years. The Sales, Finance & Service Teams worked hand in hand as a Team. They were super friendly & helpful. Their helping hands went above & beyond my expectation. The Sales Rep Jackson Yeung actually allowed me to do 3 Test Drives during my 1st Visit without knowing if I was going to buy from him or not. He was knowledgeable enough to explain to me the difference between CX3, CX5 & CX30. I was so impressed by his exceptional Customer Service through out the entire encounter with him. His service was not ended after the Sales. He actually texted me twice after I picked up my vehicle & see if I had further questions & concerns. This is what I call Sales Professional.
