Smith Bros. Steakhouse Tavern

Thus far, this establishment has literally the best service I have ever experienced, and explains why the rating on Google reviews is so high.

I forget the name of the gentleman who served us, but the description should ring a bell as it was likely the only situation at that time.

I came here with my girlfriend and her cousins for dinner at 430 or so, we called ahead for a reservation and informed the staff that she has a mushroom allergy. Upon greeting us, the waiter whom I hope gets recognized for this said, "I was told someone at this table has a mushroom allergy" I have been to many restaurants in the past, none of them, even really high end places have had the staff mention that. Typically the manager comes out, and does it, but to have the person doing the serving proactively say it is going above and beyond.

We've been here several times before, food was just as great as any other time.
What stood out tonight;
- Chicken fingers on kids menu were really juicy! One of the best ever anywhere.
- Our server Michael was extremely accommodating and helpful.

We really like it here! Great for date night. The steak is cooked to perfection and so tasty. Good selection of wine and beer and craft beer. Service is always great. If you have room try the Chris & Adam’s Awesome Sundae
with real hot fudge sauce we make from scratch!

We had the Thursday special on our first visit. House salad is right on, delicious and fresh. Prime rib tower is generous in portion with 7 oz. of meat, creamy mash potatoes, Yorkshire pudding and minty peas. You can enjoy the meal with a glass of draft beer as part of the special. Very well loved place in the neighborhood. Will definitely go back for another visit.

We were there last night (April 11, 2019) for a birthday dinner, we had the best waitress ever. We have been there many times and had good waitstaff but last night we had Brittany and she went above and beyond what she was to do. Thank you Brittany.
