Sparkly Maid Carpet Cleaning

Professional, on-time and polite. I had my couch and area rug cleaned. Mechanicals were in the truck so it was very quiet in the house. Prices seemed to be market for the job. Very satisfied.

Other vendors had a 3-6 week wait times. I stressed I needed them there at 9 or before so that they could be done by 10:45 am to go to work. They arrived at 8:45 am (when they don't formally start until 9 am). The supervisor called me 30'min prior to say they were on their way. They finished by 10 am! The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the job was really small (16 stairs 30" wide) and they had a minimum to come out. All competitors had a similar minimum.

When I saw so many positive reviews for a carpet company, I worried they were fake. They are not. They were incredibly fast in providing a quote and getting the cleaning set up. They called before coming. They showed up on time. And they did a great job. We will definitely use them again. They cleaned the hallways and stairs on our 3 story Evanston condo building.

I was looking for a place to clean our 2 off-white swivel chairs. We sit in them all the time, so they really needed some TLC to get them back in good shape. they came out in less than a week, cleaned the chairs beautifully and Scotch-Guarded them so they'll stay in good shape. The guys were professional and efficient. Thanks for the great service at a fair price.
