There’s a newer Starbucks Coffee outlet on the upper level in the Scarborough Town Centre.

It has a different look and feel than the outlet located on the mall’s lower level. A few seats for customers are available just outside the venue.

The food and drink offerings are a little varied as well with the most noticeable in your face advertisement of Starbucks Draft which is a Cold Fresh Coffee Brew on Tap! No, they’re not selling Beer but it’s a very catchy way to lure you in.

Staff and service is quick, courteous and friendly just like the lower level establishment. Use your Starbucks mobile app to order rather than lining up.

Don’t forget to collect and redeem your Rewards!

This one is a bit smaller, but the customer service here is great!
Our cashier, Vish made some great recommendations and provided such great customer service overall.

I ended up choosing the Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew and it was so delicious!

This location on the upper level has a lot less people it seems than the other location at the lower level just outside of the Bay. They also have seating right outside. Folks working here seem generally friendly and wait times are low.
