They are very knowledgeable and helpful, also great customer service! I found exactly what I was looking for and seen that they have all sorts of stuff for all of your boating needs.

(August 12, 2020, 2:11 pm)Purchased 4 Sidewind fenders and one showed up deflated. I tried pumping it up but it's not holding air. I e-mailed The Rigging Shoppe on a Friday night at 11:40pm and got a response back around midnight stating that they'd ship me out a replacement fender this week.

Even when I was brand new to sailing, they always took the time to educate me in such a respectful and kind manner. You guys are awesome!
