The Brick

Great customer service. Visited recently during VIP/Tent Sale and had a great experience. The salesperson, Israt D., helped me quickly find exactly what I was looking for — a really comfortable, affordable recliner that will soon grace my living room — and talked me through a couple somewhat silly/simple questions I had about delivery, use, features, etc. I also found the store really attractive, had a lot of selection (for me) and well laid out since I'd last been there.
I go to the Brick for a lot, if not most, of my furniture and home electronics purchases and it's nice to know there's a really good one not too far from my home.

Our Salesperson Ricardo A. was awesome! We needed some help with financing and he was so helpful! We spent in the store about an hour, he was wery nice, smiling and the business with him was very pleasant, he offered whatever he thought we could need with our new equipment.

I spoke to a staff named Victoria at The Brick on 20 Ashtonbee Sunday April 14th and it was such a pleasure.

Victoria's customer service skills were profound, her personality was amazing, she was able to meet all my needs and concerns

The guy who served me last year and this year as well is Andrew Sajeevan who is very very professional and very helpful in giving you the best service possible.
