We originally purchased these beautiful Hemlock live edge table tops from Urban Tree Salvage in 2014 and after many years of wear and tear we recently had them refinished and the results are absolutely stunning! Melissa and her team (and the puppy!) were a pleasure to work with. We would definitely recommend this shop if you're thinking of adding a beautiful live edge piece to your space :)

The artistry, workmanship, quality and professionalism at all stages of completing our project was impeccable! We had a large live edge dining table with a Z-frame base and a separate Z-frame base made by Urban Tree Salvage. The end products are gorgeous! Melissa was wonderful to work with and provided us with her ideas and expertise in creating our projects.

We have just taken delivery of our fifth piece from Urban Tree Salvage. Our first was a unique coffee table that we stumbled upon at the One of a Kind Show, and we then went on to gradually furnish a wine cellar with several pieces, including a gorgeous eight seat dining table.

Our most recent piece was a console side table, that we only saw for the first time when it was delivered. We couldn’t be more pleased. Using our previous pieces as reference, Melissa sourced a lovely piece of wood which perfectly complemented our existing furniture and decor.

It only took about a month from raw wood to finished product, and Melissa sent pictures at every major stage of the process. To top it off, Adam Inayat from On The Go Delivery Services proved to be very professional and meticulously careful with our table and our walls!

Melissa has been consistently patient and responsive through our many dealings with her. Our only regret is that we don’t have any more space for additional pieces (although I am starting to look askance at our glass-topped kitchen table!)

we've had this beautiful dining table for close to 2 years and recently did a home reno on our first floor. it was a challenge to coordinate floor, counters, cupboards etc to the warmth of the wood table but i think we achieved it successfully. i finally feel like this table now has its own place and prominence in our open concept kitchen/dining/work space area. we are super delighted to have it in our home, is a constant conversation piece, and does so well functionally. Melissa and team were so great to deal with and we got the piece we were looking for.
