Can't say enough good things about this place.

I had purchased a fairly expensive Rolling Tray as a birthday present not long ago, days really. Kate, a friendly and knowledgable employee there, had given me a demonstration of how the Raw Three-piece tray worked and how to assemble it magnetically - which completely won me over at how amazing this item truly is. So i bought it and just like that left the store smiling.

Unfortunately, upon bringing it home from the store and putting it together - part of the tray had snapped (almost completely off) when the tray magnetized together - a manufacturing defect no doubt as it's supposed to do that, just without the bamboo-snapping part.

Devastated... out of time and options I called the store. I told Kate what happened. I asked her if they had any more in stock and luckily for me they did. I headed back to the store, showed Kate the cracked item - she handed me the replacement and in a matter of seconds Kate SAVED MY DAY! No fuss, no refund - repurchase. Just a simple swap - and for the second time that day I left the store smiling.

Employees - like Kate - that make the efforts to ensure customer satisfaction is met make all the difference between winning and losing in business today. Customer for life, thank you again Kate.

Loved this place! Got just what I needed a d more. Love the smell when you walk on. Lots of choice and they were super friendly. Oh yeah need to check out their socks. Quite a selection
