Their Instagram is lovely and supportive. Their website is easy to use. Their products are INCREDIBLE: lush, delicious, effective. You'll feel like it's incredibly expensive, especially their conditioner and leave-in, but it isn't.

But their customer service. They're SO friendly, and respond quickly and humourously. Everyone gets a hand-written note in their package. I can't say enough nice things about them, and will keep recommending them, especially for people looking to support local businesses, or people who don't know how to manage their curls.

First and foremost, excellent customer service. They answered all my questions and made an excellent suggestion on what products to try on my daughter's hair. Their products have worked wonders for her hair. She has had so much growth and her curls are always beautiful. I can't take my daughter to the grocery store without someone commenting on how beautiful her curls are. I can't recommend curl shoppe enough!
