We recently bought outdoor lights from Union. They had the best selection and attentive staff - perfect balance of being available without hovering like many high end stores do. Sadly the lights were a defective batch and started to Rust within a few short months. I was anxious about calling. Worried that like so many other stores now that they had our money they would do nothing to help. But I was so mistaken. I was so fortunate to have the best customer service rep help us out - Krissy Farrugia was Nothing short of exceptional! From our first call she wanted nothing more to help. She was responsive, suggesting alternatives and even offering a refund - and not making me feel guilty about it! She has a wonderful caring and sunny disposition and really cares. Can’t say enough. I’ll be honest when the lights started rusting so quickly having not even weathered one winter I wasn’t sure I would go back to Union to pick new lighting but having now dealt with Krissy i feel taken care of and union’s service is service I trust and that’s worth everything in this competitive market. Love Krissy ! Treat her well Union. She’s a keeper and will keep your customers coming back singing your praises

We were here for AMEX members private event. They have a lot of staff working on the different departments and provides us the professional advices and service. More then a thousand lightning in the showroom you can see. They also provided soft drink , coffee , tea and snakes for their customers. Finally we brought 2 set lighting for our new house. Reasonable price and good service.
