Amazing studio and teachers! Denise has so much knowledge and wisdom to share! Online classes have been so wonderful!! Come join in for some much needed stress relief, restorative yoga or strength building classes! Something for everyone beginner to advanced !!! Namaste ‍

I have never been to the studio in person, but have been doing my yoga teacher training with Denise since September. I feel completely supported and am given ample feedback and opportunities to teach full classes in my 200hr journey. It is not easy to transition to a fully virtual format, but Denise has done a great job of collecting her resources into an online course. I love that most of the learning is done synchronously over Zoom in monthly intensive weekends, but that we have access to this vast resources forever. I would definitely recommend going to Atlas Studio for your teacher training if you want to come out feeling confident and supported.

I wasn't sure where to go to do my yoga teacher training, I didn't do much research and my heart was telling me to go with Atlas Studio. At the time I wasn't sure why but my heart knew exactly what was best for me... Denise, my teacher (and the studio owner) brings such an amazing space. She has a beautiful, loving presence and is extremely knowledgeable. She's always continuing to further educate herself as well. Every single person I've met through the studio are such kind, warm hearted people. I've made amazing connections, I have a safe/love filled place to come to, and I've learnt so much. I'm truly grateful.

As for covid restrictions, I'm surprised with the connections I've made, and the energy I can feel from everyone even though we're speaking and taking classes through technology. I wasn't sure about it at first, but Denise has built a platform that really works well and makes the most out of this situation!

I love Atlas Studio. I've taken classes at many different yoga studios and none of them have compared to Atlas. Denise brings so much knowledge and wisdom to each class, you will leave feeling incredible and likely having learned something too. Atlas has such a special place in my heart. 10/10 would recommend.

Atlas Studio feels like a home away from home. The compassionate and nurturing energy of the space provides a feeling of welcoming that can only be compared to the warm hugs of childhood.
It is an incredibly inclusive space, and small class sizes allow for one on one support and class tailoring to fit individual needs.
If you are looking for a studio that can nurture your practice and gently expose you to new ways of being, look no further. I have never found a studio that has such a wonderful and bright energy.
