Kudos to Sharon (dispatch) & James (plumber). Quick call back, at my door in record time and great service. Most recently required emergency repair due to a pin hole pipe leak. James looked after the repair. I have referred Drains R Us to a lot of people and everyone has been so appreciative of the service they have received. I called for a quote. They were very efficient on the phone and came same day. I was very impressed with the gentleman that attended to inspect and assemble the quote. He was courteous and professional. Great service sk far.

I had Drains R Us come out to my place recently. What can I say.. responsive, straight forward, professional. I had 2 issues with my plumbing - slow running tap and leaky pipe under kitchen. The repair man showed up when he said he would - took care of sink at no additional cost - turns out it wasnt a huge problem but what do I know about that stuff... he could've easily told me some BS and charged me a bit but he didnt. He fixed my other problem. Price was reasonable. Satisfied customer here.

I had James come out to my house for clogged drains and he was fantastic to deal with, really nice and took the time to make sure everything was taken care of. I was further impressed by the care taken to lay covers down and protect furniture, carpet etc.
