Not often do I find myself posting reviews, but AJ at Magnacharge Battery went above and beyond for me.

Short version;

I bought an odyssey PC2150 battery, which should last for quite some time, especially given the price tag.

I initially went in just to ask about warranty on these batteries, as I purchased it in Napean and wasn't going to drive hundreds of km to have it exchanged.

Another shop diagnosed it as a dead cell.

AJ took my battery overnight, and managed to bring it back to life for me.

I am extremely grateful, and would recommend dealing directly with AJ at any chance you get.

This was my second time buying batteries from them in 2 years. AJ was very friendly and even remembered me from a fairly modest purchase 2 years ago! Very impressive customer service.
