Jiffy Lube

Staff is courteous. and well aware of the factory recommendations for all vehicles. They offer the options and deliver the best service in a timely fashion. The discount on washes in an added feature I use on a regular basis.

Jiffy Lube is my go to for oil changes. I came in for an oil change and tire change, but they only do tire changes on rims. If your tires are not rims then you have to book an appointment with their tire centre. The guys are always friendly and they do a quick job. I feel like the oil change prices have gone up though which is disappointing. I paid $90 for a regular oil change. Seems a little steep to me. I do also like using their car wash and interior clean. I did not use those amenities on this visit though.

I have a Fiat 500 L and many places will not attempt to change the oil on this model as the oil filter is very difficult to access. This Cambridge Jiffy Lube was up for the challenge. It is so nice to not have to go all the way to London or Toronto to the dealership to get service done. Thank you for taking the time to teach all your technicians how to handle more complex work. Much appreciated!

Quick friendly service team. I've been using Jiffy Lube for my oil changes since I bought my vehicle new in 2016. I've always been pleased with their service. Also love the team that cleans my van....great job every time!
