Kathy being my Insurance Broker, provides assistance that is truly far beyond amazing whether it’s from; getting quotes for vehicles on insurance coverages to making adjustments on my account, always does a perfect job on covering all the grounds. During that time, we have had all sorts of obscure and complicated questions about coverage, endorsements, policy wordings, and the like. Often, we need answers in short order. Kathryn (and more recently, Courtney) have always helped get us get correct and complete answers quickly. They have done the same with the inevitable follow-up questions. With their friendly and thorough responses, they have always made us feel like our questions are welcome and that our business is appreciated. We are completely satisfied with their service and appreciative of their help.
