Both floors are fantastic to use, the people are all welcoming and friendly. If you're thinking about joining a gym, especially in the Preston area, this is the one! What are you waiting for?

(March 8, 2019, 1:41 am)I was really worried about going to the gym when I first started working out. But the guys there were really kind and helped me when I needed it. I got a lot of help from Jon, who found me videos and helped create a routine for me. The shower is wonderful! And it feels really secure and safe, even when the gym is empty. I would recommend this place to anyone :)
