Sauceboss

Ordered via UberEats for the first time today and was very impressed. My driver got lost finding the restaurant, so the restaurant called me and informed me of the delay. They also remade my food so it would be hot when it arrived. The food was amazing (I ordered the Buffalo chicken Mac and cheese; delicious and huge portion) and the customer service was as well. I will be ordering from here again.

Our favourite takeout place in KW! Connor and Breanne are awesome. We order wings, burgers and ribs from sauceboss frequently and the best part is the variety of sauces. Recently ordered a few jars of custom sauces and Breanne gave me a call letting me know that they were having some issues with their suppliers. They had great communication and were able to put my order together in time. Honourable mention also goes to the mac and cheese which is the best I've ever had. Keep up the great work!

Good wings, but you'll need luck getting them on the phone, and their answering machine apparently doesn't take messages.

Oh, and they seem to shut their cookers down 15 minutes *before* they close, so it's entirely possible to walk to their location, arrive during posted business hours, and yet still walk away without food. I know this from painful -- and hungry -- personal experience.

If I can get them on the phone within a call or two, their wings are worth it. If not, I won't call back a dozen times and instead I'll cheerfully find somewhere else to order from.

Really good food. Great burgers. The bacon and cheese on the burger was killer. Great Chicken Club. Very good Poutine, according to my boys. It was apparently awesome. Will be back for more.
