I called Fareid on a Saturday and he arrived at my home to pick up my computer within the hour and he returned it in 2 days all ready to go. Miracle Man!!! My Acer Switch Alpha just stopped working right after the warranty ended and I thought I was going to have to buy a new tablet. BUT, I decided to call Ariatech Computers to see if there was any way to save it. Fareid diagnosed it and discovered that the hard drive had died. Being that it was a touchscreen tablet, he warned me that it may not work out as he would have to remove the screen. He also reassured me that he has experience in these types of repairs and it was worth a try. SURE ENOUGH, I got a call a few hours later with the good news. He was not only able to safely remove the screen, he was also able to locate a replacement SSD drive that was compatible with my computer. Amazing! I am so happy with the level of communication and service that I absolutely recommend the services offered by Ariatech Computers in Cambridge.
