So glad we switched to Netflash about 3 years ago!! Customer service and tech support A1! Thank you for providing an excellent internet option in our rural area. You’ve taken the frustration out of downloading and streaming.

We had Netflash for 2 years until getting fiber optics ran to our house. Customer service was helpful and reachable if needed. Speeds and uptime were very consistent. Neighbours with other providers are always complaining but we were happy customers with Netflash.

My inquiries were answered same day, my questions were answered honestly and thoroughly, they had everything installed within the same week. Customer service from office AND service guy was amazing! Everything is working great! I highly recommend this company!

I have been a very happy customer of Netflash for many years. I have always found their internet service reliable and their staff extremely helpful and responsive. I needed their tech support once at the cottage years ago and he had the problem resolved in minutes over the phone! Netflash came highly recommended by a friend. So I have shared this great provider with friends and family, too. They love it, too.

I'm not sure why there are so many negative reviews! I have had this service for 2 years and have nothing but GREAT things to say, I have there service at my trailer and love it. I would have it at home but my current provider can't be beat. I did have a issue a couple months ago and tech support took control and got me fixed up!! (my modem died) Thanks Ashley!!! I feel these people go above anyone else
