Very pleased with the final product (even though it took almost 4 months - which they did tell us in advance) They sent a cple updates during this time, & the staff who put it in, were very good & Supervisor good at explaining any issues - much appreciated!
Great quality (bit pricey but got more than expected & warranty looks good 😊) so maybe I should have checked good value? (Hard to know these days…

Absolutely love our sunroom! Installation was done just this past summer. Everyone we encountered from Tropical..the salesman Kenn, Neil the site supervisor, the design group, and the install crew..were all professional and very hard working and dedicated to ensure our satisfaction. We love the quality of the product and can't say enough about the quality of the crew workmanship. As with almost all manufacturers over the past 2 years, Covid posed its challenges, but we remained patient. We wouldn't change a thing...just love it!
