At Neeten's suggestion, we thankfully purchased the extended warranties for both vehicles...one being a Ford warranty and the other the third party warranty. Unfortunately we ran in to an issue with one of the vehicles a few weeks ago and had some difficulties in dealing with the third party. Ford immediately and repeatedly went to bat for us and advocated for us to ensure that the repairs were covered (new engine) and that we have a safe and reliable vehicle to drive until the repairs are complete.
We can not say enough wonderful things about Breanne in the service department. She's has gone over and above in dealing with this matter and we are so thankful for all that she has done. She is patient, professional and genuinely cares about her clients.
Also a big thank you to Darren in management for everything he has done for us.
I highly recommend Kitchener Ford, from the initial sale to everything after. You are in good hands with this team. We will forever be part of the Ford family. -

As well I just got my car off the lot Friday and I left with a little dent on the door I didn’t notice right away, caught my eye in the sun just right, as well my back up camera was not working, they got me in right away Tuesday was the earliest and it was done that afternoon. So quick work and quality service.
