We found what we were looking for here. The sales were great. When we visited, most fabrics were 50-75 percent off. The shelves and displays were well maintained. Items were well organized and easy to find. Staffs were nice. Service was slow but reasonable for a fabric store.
I love how they use the paper and pen system for when you buy fabric. Their cash register was also old-style technology - I hear clicking of number keys, machine rolling, paper, staples... The whole process of having our fabric cut and cashing out was so therapeutically soothing, I personally don't mind if they served us even slower.

Ladies here can be helpful for a newbie. Prices maybe on the high side compared to a Lens Mills if you already know what you're looking for.

The ladies here go out of their way if you ask a question. They help pretty quickly and there is so much fabrics/patterns/threads/materials endless. The store is huge if you are doing any type of sewing mending or creating. I had to get some canvass repair stuff and they helped out even with a sewing machine that I lugged in.(about 35 years old)

Friendly and very helpful staff. Well stocked store as they had everything that I needed, which was an odd list.
