  I recently leased a new vehicle from Heffner Lexus and was very pleased with the service. What I found very helpful was the willingness of the sales staff to work across the Heffner dealerships (Lexus, Lexus Pre-Owned, Toyota, Toyota Pre-Owned) to get me the car I wanted. By going to Heffner, you have access to four dealerships as part of the Heffner family. I've been really happy with the car and the buying experience.

  Fantastic service from the entire team at a beautiful facility. I have been bringing my vehicles to Heffner Lexus for the past 12 years for service (and occasionally the collision center) and always treated with respect and a smile. Happy to have recently added the new Lexus UX 250h to the family mix. Excellent brand and an excellent team at Heffner.

  Had the easiest, most efficient and enjoyable car purchase experience with Desi last month. The great service continues with the check ins and follow ups for the initial weeks after pick up.

  I’ve been going here for more than ten years. The service is amazing, second to none. If your priorities are reliability and service get a Lexus from Heffner. If your priorities are the least expensive car with the least expensive repairs, don’t buy any luxury car from any luxury dealership.

  I just purchased my car from this dealership. I did use to use their services for my old Lexus as well. the staff was very supportive and professional. I felt like I was given more than enough information to help my decision. Most of all, I appreciated their communication throughout the process as well as accommodating with my busy schedule at work.
  And I just love my vehicle :).
