Highly recommend this place. Because of covid restrictions I couldn't get the help on time, after my delivery, so I was already in lot of pain for quite some time.I was desperate when I when to Laura for postpartum pelvic floor/muscles recovery and it was the best decision for my recovery.
My experience with Laura Holland has been wonderful, she was so compassionate, understanding and calm and made sure I was comfortable in all the sessions. She is very knowledgeable. She was professional and caring at the same. I can't thank her enough for my recovery :) she is awesome!!!

A Body In Motion is the best clinic around! The facilities are so welcoming and private and the staff are incredible. Nadia is a great professional who really takes the time to get to know you and how you would like to be treated. Best clinic in KW!

I cannot recommend A Body in Motion highly enough! From the moment you step inside this modern, beautifully decorated and exceptionally clean atmosphere you are promptly greeted by the kindest admin team. I have never had an appointment run behind schedule! I have been seeing Keri for over 8 weeks; she is highly professional, knowledgeable, creates a plan specific to your needs and has the most calming yet energetic personality. Her passion and love for her career is extremely evident and she goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. I always look forward to seeing her on a weekly basis! I have also worked with Thomas for a few appointments; he helped me with an ankle injury in just a few appointments- another excellent physiotherapist who I would definitely go back to see again if needed! To everyone at ABIM- thank you for being so welcoming, friendly and professional. To anyone reading this review- you will not regret going to this clinic! Thank you team!

I highly recommend this establishment. Appointment times are flexible and Theresa at reception was always happy to accommodate my schedule. I was also never kept waiting while Keri and the team still took the time to answer any and all questions throughout my treatment. The staff are caring and knowledgeable and I am truly grateful to the team for ensuring that my overall health and well-being are back to 100%.

Amazing staff. Exceptional service. Helena is my physiotherapist and she is AMAZING! When my doctor recommended me to this place, I was hesitant as I had a horrible experience at another practice before. The team at ABIM is so friendly and genuinely cares about you and your well being which mad either very easy for me to feel comfortable. My therapist gave me great recommendations and my experience is always pleasant, from the moment I walk in the door. I highly recommend this practice and I'm so glad I was referred here for my own personal services.
