  It's hard to give this specific location good or bad review. It's right before the turn on to the 401 so it's always busy and therefore shouldn't be faulted for some poor service, especially since the turnover rate is likely through the roof. However, going inside is almost always a faster venture. I've had a few errors in my orders during super slow times, but I, again, attribute that to an employee turnover over rate.

  I would have given it 5 stars but they got one of the coffee orders wrong. I always find them fast and friendly. Maybe if they slowed down a bit and focused on quality control instead of speed it would be better for them.

  What stands out about this Tim Hortons are the staff members who are always kind and friendly. I have gone to this Tim's for years and have always had great service.
  
  Of course, the location is conveniently located, has ample parking, and is always clean and so it is easy to return each time for a coffee and food item on a regular basis.
