Bought an elliptical machine (used) and Mike went over the whole thing, to figure out where all the noises and problems were coming from. Friendly, professional, and definitely knows what he's doing. Money well spent.

Mike was awesome. Our treadmill is about 25 years old and the belt was worn to the point that it was fraying and could not be centered on the machine. Fixco ordered us a replacement belt and Mike came to Otterville from Cambridge (about 1 hour drive) to repair our machine. He replaced the belt, serviced the treadmill and after using the machine for about 20 minutes the belt began to drift to the left again. I called him and left a message. Within a few days Mike was back out to Otterville to attempt a repair at no charge to us. After some time, he realized he had made an error during re-assembly the first time, corrected it and openly showed me what he had done wrong. Great guy. Extremely honest and professional and wanting to do things right. Since the 2nd visit, my wife has used the machine every day and it is working perfectly. Actually better than it has ever worked. Mike is fantastic. I didn't get a response at first, but realized that he is just super busy. I feel so grateful that we found him and that he was able to make time for us. He took several pieces of our large gym equipment apart for a move and put it back together again on the other side. I'm convinced that some of the pieces are working better than they ever did. I found him incredibly professional and really reasonable. The moving company said they could do this for us, but after seeing them struggle to take our bed apart, I'm certain they wouldn't have done well. Mike's service was the smoothest part of our move.
